About the role

  • Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting in Bengaluru's EPD teams at Harvey. Collaborating with leadership to drive talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority Engineering, Product, and Design roles based in Bengaluru.
  • Partner closely with EPD leadership to translate hiring plans into clear prioritization, calibrated interview processes, and predictable delivery.
  • Build and execute creative, high-signal sourcing strategies tailored to the Bengaluru technical market.
  • Help establish Harvey’s employer brand in India by crafting compelling candidate narratives and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights (talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitive landscape) to inform hiring strategy.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively recommend improvements as we scale the office.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and consistently track weekly metrics to drive performance and transparency.
  • Serve as a strong cross-functional partner to People, Finance, and Operations as we build infrastructure in-region.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring technical talent (Engineering, Product, and/or Design).
  • Deep understanding of the Bengaluru technical talent market, including competitive landscape and compensation trends.
  • Strong business acumen—you understand how hiring decisions connect to product delivery, team health, and company outcomes.
  • A self-starting, resourceful approach with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, you embrace ambiguity and navigating uncharted areas
  • High standards for execution, data hygiene, and follow-through, paired with sound judgment and pragmatism.
