Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Conduct behavioral and technical screenings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Provide timely updates and communication to candidates
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Coach and support managers in job description development
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
  • Build and maintain a robust network of qualified technical professionals
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • At least four (4) years focused on technical roles
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging engineers and technical talent
  • Strong understanding of complex engineering disciplines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
