Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
Design and execute effective recruitment strategies

Requirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
At least four (4) years focused on technical roles
Proven success sourcing and engaging engineers and technical talent
Strong understanding of complex engineering disciplines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
