Responsibilities
Collect relevant medical and non-medical information by phone to support claim analysis
Evaluate new disability claims for eligibility, verify documentation, and follow up on missing information
Communicate claim decisions to clients via phone and written correspondence
Process and pay disability benefits in accordance with QPAY guidelines
Maintain accurate records and update client files using internal systems
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in administrative or finance domain
Strong ability to assess claims quickly using QPAY criteria
Proficiency in interpreting contracts, clauses, and procedural documentation
Strong understanding of QuickPay criteria and exclusions
Skilled in processing payments and updating internal systems
Competent in drafting clear and professional letters and emails
