Drive delivery of an efficient end-to-end operations service to Clients and Brokers/Account Executives.
Ensure effective delivery of all Broker Support activities in accordance with the Ardonagh model.
Oversee service delivery by third-party providers and maintain positive collaboration.
Assist in preparation of key placement documentation, ensuring compliance with Ardonagh processes and market standards.
Initiate and oversee the premium processing function; support processing technicians and resolve queries.
Train and support third-party service providers.
Maintain accurate and compliant records of placements via GXB and use market/internal systems in the placement process.
Support internal file audit processes with File Review and Internal Audit teams.
Oversee and own key contractual dates, including payment warranties, subjectivities and NOCs.
Work with Clients and Brokers to resolve Cash & Credit Control issues, identify root causes, and propose process improvements.
Requirements
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Risk & Compliance, IT and Digital, Management Information, Business Entity Team, IBA and Premium Processing.
Knowledge of Contract Certainty, Client and Market Due Diligence, KPI’s, audit processes and authorisations matrix.
Experience overseeing third-party service providers and providing training/support.
Experience with premium processing, IBA, claims and middle office tasks.
Ability to prepare key placement documentation meeting minimum standards and market compliance.
Ability to maintain accurate and compliant placement records via GXB and utilise relevant market/internal systems.
Ability to support internal file audit processes and work with File Review and Internal Audit teams.
Ability to manage contractual dates, payment warranties, subjectivities and NOCs.
Experience working with Clients and Brokers to address cash & credit control issues and propose process improvements.
