About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer)
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions
