Partner with the world's largest brands and retailers to ensure a successful Bazaarvoice technical program.
Manage the Bazaarvoice technical relationship for a defined set of clients and act as the primary owner of the client's technical program.
Engage with clients in a strategic capacity to ensure programs follow recommended best practices and align with client infrastructure and business goals.
Proactively monitor the health of technical programs and help mitigate problems before they impact broader program success.
Drive adoption of contracted solutions and services and identify opportunities for additional solutions and services.
Oversee all technical touch points with clients, including support cases, implementations, professional services projects, and pilot programs; serve as a single point of escalation.
Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders to facilitate project progress, expand technical footprint, and cultivate client champions and advocates.
Work in close coordination with account teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute holistic account plans.
Requirements
Minimum 18-24 months at in a client facing role, preferably technical or technical account management.
Experience in technical consulting or technical project management.
Experience in account management is a big plus.
General knowledge of web technology, preferably coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other web scripting technologies).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts and processes to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to effectively match technical tasks to business objectives to justify effort.
Ability to identify the required technical tasks to achieve stated business objectives.
