About the role

  • Assist CS Operations team in report creation and analysis
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
  • Develop communications and digital content to engage customers
  • Work on pilot programs for major initiatives

Requirements

  • Program falls under Brazil’s Apprentice Law 10.097/00; candidates must be under 24 years old
  • Eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects
  • Motivated self-starter with commitment to ongoing self-education
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently and work well with fellow apprentices and employees
  • Bonus points: Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform (Tableau or Snowflake)
  • Bonus points: Python scripting and RestAPI experience
  • Bonus points: Cybersecurity background
