Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Network Infrastructure and Information Security team
- Ensure operation, maintenance, updates, and evolution of the IT infrastructure
- Supervise the product technical support and Vetta's internal service desk teams
- Manage technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries
- Implement and maintain IT and Information Security policies and procedures
- Act as the interface between the business and IT, both nationally and internationally
Requirements
- Experience leading technical teams
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) and information security
- Experience in technical support and user support
- Advanced English
- Postgraduate degree in Information Security or IT Governance (plus)
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNA (plus)
- Cloud technology certifications (especially Azure) (plus)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (plus)
