About the role

  • IT Support Specialist at TCC GmbH handling IT support tickets and technical issues in a hybrid role. Supporting users with hardware/software and implementing IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle IT support tickets from internal and external systems
  • Analyze, resolve, and document technical issues
  • Assist users with hardware and software problems
  • Participate in the implementation of new IT systems and software solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to specialist departments or project teams
  • Create guides for self-service troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Completed training in an IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration/application development, IT systems salesperson) or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and standard office applications
  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
  • Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and customer-friendly
  • Analytical thinking, structured working method, and problem-solving skills
  • Good German and English language skills, spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
