Responsibilities
Manage strategic elements of HW account management development and ongoing growth
Support overall credit (portfolio and account) management of the HW program
Perform credit and multiple risk evaluation; delinquency, loss and fraud mitigation
Enforce credit policies; portfolio monitoring; assure diligent program growth
Act as primary Credit interface to HW leadership and HW credit risk organization
Collaborate cross-functionally in business and functional initiatives
Develop performance monitoring plan for all HW processes
Prepare and present partner facing and leadership team presentations
Drive enhanced strategies using champion/challenger leanings to manage credit and fraud risks
Evaluate CTC (Critical to Compliance) Risk requirements to ensure controls are adequate
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a strategic analytical role, or in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 11+ years of experience in strategic analytical role
3+ years leadership experience in portfolio management roles
strong emphasis on credit strategy, credit policy and internal/external communications
3+ years experience using SAS, R or Python programming skills
experience analyzing large data sets to derive strategic actionable credit insights
