About the role

  • Develop and implement multi-stage marketing strategies that efficiently move users from awareness to conversion across desktop, mobile, and SaaS products.
  • Own the overall health and performance of the funnel, with KPIs covering each stage of the user journey, and implement strategies to optimize them.
  • Improve funnel performance through A/B testing, journey mapping, and campaign personalization.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to design and optimize targeted campaigns tailored to TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
  • Analyze drop-off and friction points at each stage of the funnel and propose technical and creative solutions.
  • Work with BI and analytics teams to develop dashboards and actionable reporting frameworks across the user journey.
  • Develop hypotheses and run structured experiments to validate ideas and optimize messaging, UX, and the media mix.
  • Drive and evolve business unit roadmaps, ensuring clarity of priorities, alignment with company objectives, and continuous progress of initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior specialists to support their professional development and strengthen the team's overall capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, with proven expertise in funnel optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of growth frameworks (AARRR, Pirate Metrics, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and experience applying them at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with GA4, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing acquisition campaigns (paid search, social, programmatic).
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing tactics to support mid- and bottom-funnel growth.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, content, and engineering.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-product, data-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution.
