Develop hypotheses and run structured experiments to validate ideas and optimize messaging, UX, and the media mix.
Drive and evolve business unit roadmaps, ensuring clarity of priorities, alignment with company objectives, and continuous progress of initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior specialists to support their professional development and strengthen the team's overall capabilities.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, with proven expertise in funnel optimization.
Deep knowledge of growth frameworks (AARRR, Pirate Metrics, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and experience applying them at scale.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with GA4, Power BI, or similar platforms.
