About the role

  • Team Lead B2B Sales managing a team of Sales Managers in the paid parking sector. Responsible for sales strategy, leading processes, and driving B2B growth in the company.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead a motivated team (currently 4 Sales Managers) and continue to grow it.
  • You will promote individual strengths, build a performance-oriented and appreciative team culture, and establish structures for further growth.
  • You will further develop our go-to-market strategies and bring structure to processes.
  • You will define clear KPIs, analyze optimization opportunities, and ensure efficient B2B sales operations.
  • You will remain operationally active, particularly with strategic accounts and key partners.
  • Through your market presence you will set the tone and act as a role model for your team.
  • You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Business Development, and other Sales teams.
  • You will ensure that Sales is not a one-way street but an integral part of our overall strategy.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in sales, ideally with relevant experience handling B2B mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • You have ideally already gained your first professional and disciplinary leadership experience.
  • You master the entire sales cycle from initial customer acquisition (outbound) to contract negotiation and can demonstrate success working with large accounts.
  • With a strong personal presence, you can explain complex matters clearly and engage with top management and C-level stakeholders as an equal.
  • You have at least C1 German language skills and speak business-fluent English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
