About the role
- Team Lead for Amazon Marketing overseeing advertising strategies and team development at Marketplace Maniacs GmbH. Drive innovation in a dynamic environment for premium brands in the Amazon space.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for the Amazon Marketing team.
- Further develop Amazon Advertising services and manage all Amazon advertising activities for our clients.
- Develop cross-channel Amazon marketing strategies (PPC, DSP, AMC/Amazon Marketing Cloud).
- Provide C-level advisory for strategic and complex Amazon Advertising issues.
- Identify new tools, trends and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present analyses, reports and forecasts to manage budgets and performance targets.
- Collaborate with Content, Account Management and Data teams.
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., economics, marketing, e-commerce, communications) or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, AMC/Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with relevant Amazon Advertising tools and strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for leading and developing a team
