About the role

  • Marketing Analyst at Alta Vista Investimentos creating digital content and managing social media for the financial advisory firm. Focusing on engagement and building brand presence online.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development and Creation:
  • ◦ Internal and Institutional Materials: Prepare and finalize various marketing materials such as corporate presentations, brochures, e-books, infographics, product sheets, and communications for clients and partners.
  • ◦ Social Media Content: Create and adapt strategic content for Instagram (static posts, carousels, reels, stories) and LinkedIn (articles, posts, success stories), aiming to drive engagement, build authority, and generate qualified leads.
  • ◦ Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for seasonal initiatives and product launches, from concept to production of creatives and copy.
  • Social Media Management:
  • ◦ Planning and Publishing: Manage the editorial calendar and schedule social media posts.
  • ◦ Monitoring and Interaction: Track post performance, engage with the community (comments, direct messages), and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
  • ◦ Metrics Analysis: Produce regular performance reports for campaigns and social channels, presenting insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Coordination and Relationship Management:
  • ◦ Vendor Management: Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors (graphic designers, video editors, photographers) to ensure quality, deadlines, and cost control of produced materials.
  • ◦ Team Support: Actively collaborate with the investment advisors team to understand their needs and translate them into effective content strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the financial market or at agencies serving that sector.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • ◦ Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating visual assets.
  • ◦ Familiarity with social media management and scheduling platforms.
  • ◦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy aligned with the financial market’s tone of voice.
  • Behavioral Skills: Proactivity, creativity, organization, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Desirable / Nice to Have:
  • ◦ Knowledge of and interest in the financial and investment markets.
  • ◦ Experience with email marketing tools.
  • ◦ Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • ◦ Portfolio with relevant digital marketing and content creation work.
  • ◦ Certifications in digital marketing.
