Responsibilities
Help shape and deliver the marketing plans for adviser and workplace audiences across multiple channels
Collaborate with a range of teams across the Group Brand and Marketing function, Retail Intermediary and Workplace areas
Build relationships with stakeholders across the business
Create and shape marketing communications that maximise impact to B2B channel audiences, including events, awards, and marketing campaigns
Measure activity against defined KPIs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Requirements
Existing experience of working in the financial services industry with strong B2B marketing experience
Prior knowledge of pensions
Experience of working within an asset management or investments environment would also be an advantage
A demonstrable track record of developing and delivering successful multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
Experience of working with creative teams and partners to deliver compelling campaigns with tangible results
An excellent project and stakeholder manager with a proven delivery track record
Ability to adapt and work at pace to tight deadlines calmly and effectively
