Responsibilities

  • Help shape and deliver the marketing plans for adviser and workplace audiences across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with a range of teams across the Group Brand and Marketing function, Retail Intermediary and Workplace areas
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Create and shape marketing communications that maximise impact to B2B channel audiences, including events, awards, and marketing campaigns
  • Measure activity against defined KPIs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Existing experience of working in the financial services industry with strong B2B marketing experience
  • Prior knowledge of pensions
  • Experience of working within an asset management or investments environment would also be an advantage
  • A demonstrable track record of developing and delivering successful multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience of working with creative teams and partners to deliver compelling campaigns with tangible results
  • An excellent project and stakeholder manager with a proven delivery track record
  • Ability to adapt and work at pace to tight deadlines calmly and effectively
