Responsibilities

  • Drive talent strategy across supported markets
  • Implement programs for organizational design and leadership development
  • Act as advisor on employee relations matters
  • Support employees' engagement and retention initiatives
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR/People roles with a focus on talent management
  • Proven experience in implementing talent management programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills to use data for decisions
