Senior HR Investigator leading complex employee relations investigations at Sky and managing high-risk cases effectively. Collaborating with stakeholders and upskilling the team while ensuring compliance with employment law.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the most complex and high profile investigations from start to finish
Effectively and sensitively interact and communicate with individuals involved in a case
Produce objective findings, practical recommendations and high quality outcomes and reports
Provide constructive and impactful feedback to colleagues within the HRI team
Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
Deputise for HRI Manager as/when required
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all HRI activity
Requirements
Proven experience leading complex employee relations investigations
Strong working knowledge of employment law (including the Equality Act 2010 and ACAS Code of Practice)
Ability to deliver high-quality investigation reports and outcome letters efficiently
Experience supporting, coaching and developing junior colleagues on investigative approach
Excellent planning and organisation skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask
Ability to build effective working relationships in challenging situations
