About the role

  • HR Generalist managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee development at Havas Play in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administrative files autonomously: employment contracts, amendments, hires/leaves, absences, etc.
  • Collect and validate payroll variable elements
  • Ensure the quality and updating of HR data (HRIS / Talentsoft)
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance and adherence to legal obligations (contract templates, policies, agreements, etc.)
  • Participate in end-to-end recruitment: briefing, posting/sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, candidate feedback, and offers
  • Ensure onboarding, reboarding and offboarding
  • Deliver a smooth, proactive and high-quality candidate experience
  • Roll out HR campaigns: People Review, EPA, Salary Review, Development Reviews
  • Monitor employee journeys (mobility, promotions, development)
  • Support the implementation of the training plan
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries
  • Support managers on routine HR matters (integration, organization, follow-up)
  • Work with the HR team to handle specific situations
  • Update HR dashboards (headcount, movements, absences)
  • Contribute to the reliability and structuring of social data
  • Help improve HR processes
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimizations
  • Participate in cross-functional projects: onboarding, contract templates, benefits handbook, Career Path, employer branding, CSR
  • Proactively propose optimizations (tools, organization, AI use)

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5 equivalent) from a business school or equivalent with an HR specialization
  • A significant first experience in the advertising, media or communications sector in HR or recruitment roles
  • High attention to detail, reliability and strong ability to structure your work in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to move topics forward
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of profiles and eager to be at the heart of team life
  • Strong team spirit: collaboration, listening and solidarity are central to how we operate
  • A dynamic, curious and versatile personality, with a desire to learn and develop across a full HR scope
  • English? No problem — you can use it fluently!
