About the role

  • Work with the business to understand training needs and facilitate training solutions
  • Deliver company-wide training such as Operations New Hire, Sales, Continuing Education and Leadership classes
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and management
  • Facilitate formal training sessions, develop training documentation, provide ongoing support
  • Track and analyze course offerings by examining participant job performance
  • Resolve routine issues and monitor daily operations

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of work related experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the auto finance or financial services industry preferred
  • Experience writing reference materials, procedures manuals and end-user guides
  • Knowledge of adult learning, teaching methodologies and instructional design mechanics
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliances
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
