Responsibilities
Work with the business to understand training needs and facilitate training solutions
Deliver company-wide training such as Operations New Hire, Sales, Continuing Education and Leadership classes
Build strong working relationships with team members and management
Facilitate formal training sessions, develop training documentation, provide ongoing support
Track and analyze course offerings by examining participant job performance
Resolve routine issues and monitor daily operations
Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience
Two (2) to Four (4) years of work related experience in a similar role
Experience in the auto finance or financial services industry preferred
Experience writing reference materials, procedures manuals and end-user guides
Knowledge of adult learning, teaching methodologies and instructional design mechanics
Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliances
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
