Proven success over the past 3+ years in developing creative sourcing strategies for very niche roles and negotiating challenging closes in a fast-paced, high-quality, high-growth setting.
Proficiency in leveraging recruitment analytics and KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline conversion) to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, communicate progress and challenges and drive decision making.
A track record of acting as a true business partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic insights, market intelligence, and coaching to drive effective, timely, and unbiased hiring decisions.
Experience in developing and executing employer branding and events initiatives across channels, crafting compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVP), and effectively turning employees into brand advocates to boost inbound talent attraction.
