Responsibilities
Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day operations
Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments in the business
Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
Drive innovation in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
Leverage AI and tech tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
Provide recruitment reporting, insights, and analytics
Support workforce planning and build proactive talent pipelines
Embed EVP messaging and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - ideally internal (5+ years)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tech
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Passion for continuous improvement and candidate experience
