About the role

  • Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day operations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments in the business
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Drive innovation in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
  • Leverage AI and tech tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
  • Provide recruitment reporting, insights, and analytics
  • Support workforce planning and build proactive talent pipelines
  • Embed EVP messaging and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - ideally internal (5+ years)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tech
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for continuous improvement and candidate experience
