Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 1-2 years Employee Relations experience (preferred).
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and IT (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with awareness of strengths and areas of development (preferred).
  • Experience in an advisory or business services organization (preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish preferred.
