About the role
- Talent Acquisition Consultant supporting student recruitment and program management for Sun Life's Early Careers team. Collaborating with stakeholders and developing recruitment strategies for undergraduate students.
Responsibilities
- Support Sun Life's Early Careers and Campus Recruitment team through student recruitment including: Full cycle recruitment: posting, resume screening, interviews, offers and debriefs
- Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data and expertise with a focus on undergraduate students
- Attend university/college events and other initiatives that support the program to build strong relationships with our key school partners
- Build and nurture relationships with our key stakeholders and help identify opportunities for the program
- Create measures and report on ROI, KPI’s and DE&I to measure success of the recruitment process and campus initiatives
- Participating in the continual improvement of all campus recruitment strategies, partnerships, and processes
Requirements
- Full cycle recruitment experience is preferred
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly adapt, pivot and deliver on business priorities
- Early careers/campus recruitment experience is an asset
- Workday experience is an asset
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
