About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Biotage, shaping inclusive, global hiring practices. Working across EMEA while contributing to HR initiatives and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles through to offer stage and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate the recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
  • Support recruitment activity for Astrea Bioseparations when required
  • Assist with onboarding and other HR initiatives when recruitment activity allows

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency)
  • Organised and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems and online sourcing tools
  • Interest in diversity and inclusive hiring practices
  • Beneficial: Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors
