About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for Biotage, shaping inclusive, global hiring practices. Working across EMEA while contributing to HR initiatives and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles through to offer stage and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate the recruitment process

- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
- Support recruitment activity for Astrea Bioseparations when required
- Assist with onboarding and other HR initiatives when recruitment activity allows
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency)
- Organised and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and online sourcing tools
- Interest in diversity and inclusive hiring practices
- Beneficial: Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors
