- Proactively identify and engage engineers across Scotland, the UK and Europe.
- Partner with engineering leaders
- Work closely with our CTO and engineering managers to define roles, refine interview processes and hire the right people.
- Run excellent hiring processes
- Manage hiring end-to-end:

- - sourcing and outreach
- - interview coordination
- - candidate experience
- - offer negotiation
- Help us scale
- Improve our hiring playbooks, interview scorecards and recruiting infrastructure as the engineering team grows.
