About the role

  • Technical Recruiter responsible for driving technical hiring for an AI company in Edinburgh. Engaging and sourcing exceptional engineering talent for a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical hiring
  • Lead recruitment across our engineering organisation, including:
  • - Product Engineers
  • - Applied AI / LLM Engineers
  • - Platform and infrastructure roles
  • - Product and technical leadership roles
  • Build strong pipelines
  • Proactively identify and engage engineers across Scotland, the UK and Europe.
  • Partner with engineering leaders
  • Work closely with our CTO and engineering managers to define roles, refine interview processes and hire the right people.
  • Run excellent hiring processes
  • Manage hiring end-to-end:
  • - role kick-offs
  • - sourcing and outreach
  • - interview coordination
  • - candidate experience
  • - offer negotiation
  • Help us scale
  • Improve our hiring playbooks, interview scorecards and recruiting infrastructure as the engineering team grows.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting software engineers in fast-growing technology companies
  • Strong sourcing ability and comfort approaching passive candidates
  • Ability to partner closely with technical stakeholders
  • High ownership and pace in a startup environment
  • Strong judgement on talent and culture fit
  • Based in Edinburgh or willing to relocate
