About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Consultant supporting hiring teams at interactive investor to recruit across multiple business areas. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
  • Developing strategies to attract talent (job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs and headhunting)
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical or hard to fill roles
  • Screening and shortlisting applications, conducting initial qualification interviews and offering recommendations to hiring teams
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and facilitating the assessment process
  • Ensuring fair, unbiased and compliant recruitment practices
  • Creating a smooth, engaging and timely recruitment process for candidates
  • Acting as the main point of contact for applicants during the hiring journey
  • Advising managers on interview best practices and market trends
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies when external help is needed
  • Managing employer branding to ensure the company is seen as an attractive place to work
  • Support with Onboarding and compliance activities where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting either in an agency, consultancy or internally
  • Experience in the end to end recruitment process
  • Demonstratable knowledge in hiring across multiple business areas (Customer Service, Technology, Financial etc)
  • Strong ability to devise a search strategy for complex requirements
  • Good knowledge of candidate markets and how to generate market insights
  • Able to recruit in both high-volume areas (e.g customer service) and niche areas (e.g technology areas)
  • Able to hit the ground running and work at speed
