Responsibilities
Support prospects at every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers by working with senior decision-makers: HR Directors, CFOs and executives across all sectors.
Full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
Strategic relationships: own deals and manage key client relationships
Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle
You are fully fluent in French (C2 or above) and have an advanced level of English
You are highly organized, structured and empathetic
You have the ability to influence, negotiate and manage complex deals
You have a deep understanding of value levers in recurring-revenue business models
You have a great attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz and will work in a hybrid mode
