Requirements

  • At least 10 years in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of building and executing recruitment strategies that support business objectives
  • Strong background in international recruitment
  • Expertise in executive recruitment is essential
  • Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with talent attraction and diversity recruitment initiatives
  • Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English
