About the role
- Manage, optimize, and secure systems, networks, and applications (on-premise and cloud)
- Take ownership of on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
- Support, configure, and maintain the office network, on-premise and cloud servers
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents and issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
- Act as first point of contact for employees with IT-related questions
- Manage and support third-party applications and tools
- Set up and manage accounts, permissions, passwords, and workstations for new users
- Maintain and manage data systems and backups
- Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other office applications
- Deploy and enforce global IT policies via Microsoft Intune
- Create and maintain documentation
Requirements
- MBO degree or HBO starter
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and proactive, hands-on mentality (not a strict 9-to-5 mindset)
- Practical experience with networking, routing, and switching
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Administrator-level skills in Office 365 and SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows OS, and servers
- Experience with Linux and macOS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
