About the role
- Systems Administrator responsible for managing IT infrastructure and SaaS applications at UOVO Wine. Ensuring reliability, security, and performance of systems in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Create or update SOP’s and documentation for system processes
- Perform onboarding / offboarding of user accounts
- Manage permissions and access controls across SaaS applications
- Work in tandem with a co-managed service provider to ensure help desk requests are being resolved in a timely manner and serve as T2/T3 support
- Work cross-functionally with accounting, sales, operations, and facilities to identify needs or fix problems with technology and support projects
- Collaborate with external vendors on projects
- Monitor API programs for errors, perform basic troubleshooting and elevating to developer vendors as needed
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience and certifications
- 3 + years of experience in systems administration
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office
- Working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Proficiency with Mac OS environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM – Building Flows and using low-code automation tools
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or other Inventory management software
- Familiarity with website hosting platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience managing IT projects or vendor relationships
