Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
Customize objects, fields, workflows, and reports
Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations
Administer and/or support CommCare, Sage Intacct, Nexonia, Dayforce and other World Renew platforms, ensuring seamless integration and user support
Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access controls in Microsoft 365
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Implement security policies including MFA, DLP, and conditional access
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including migration, integration, and adoption of new technologies
Provide day-to-day support for systems users worldwide
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization.
Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce.
Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments.
Intermediate to Advanced level HPC Workload System Administrator at Leidos, supporting the DoD HPC Modernization Program. Engage in operations, testing, deployment, and administrative support for high performance computing environments.
Systems Administrator managing cloud technologies and IT operations at MRI Software. Collaborating on projects and maintaining system integrity while ensuring efficient IT services.
