Requirements
- Minimum two-year technical diploma (BTS, DUT) or equivalent in IT and Networking
- At least 5 years' experience as a System and Network Administrator
- Strong client orientation: good listening skills, ability to explain clearly and propose solutions
- Comfortable handling telephone support
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
