About the role
- Ensure provisioning, setup and operation of client servers
- Participate in client support (hosting and on‑premises for vendor applications)
- Ensure services are maintained in operational condition (MCO)
- Write documentation and implement ISO27001 processes within a continuous improvement approach
- Contribute to major technical projects such as automation and infrastructure optimization
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a related field (minimum Bac+2/3 — equivalent to at least an associate's or bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
- System administration: Active Directory (AD), LDAP, IIS, Apache, Centreon
- Virtualization technologies: VMware
- Knowledge of one or more DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML, PowerShell, WinRM
- Experience with containerization and automated deployment is a plus
