About the role

  • SVP, Institutional Sales managing Fidelity Asset Management sales to various institutional clients. Developing business plans and driving revenue within a complex organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Fidelity Asset Management sales to corporate defined benefit, defined contribution investment only, endowment and foundation, insurance balance sheet, and Taft Hartley prospects
  • Develop and implement a coherent, regionally focused business development plan
  • Raise significant amounts of new revenue from the prospective distribution channels listed above.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA and CFA desired
  • Series 7 and 63, strong knowledge of US and international capital markets
  • At least 10+ years of institutional sales experience / proven success covering Institutions
  • Experience selling target date solutions
  • Defined benefit experience. Familiarity with LDI and risk management solutions.
