Active advising on additional services such as technical equipment, catering, or set-ups
Coordinating internal teams and external service providers
Ensuring adherence to our quality standards
On-site presence at selected, complex, or special events
Structured post-event follow-up and proposing ideas for process optimization
Requirements
Several years of experience in convention sales or event management within a hotel environment
Deep understanding of the nuances of this field
Commercial/business-minded thinking
Clear, respectful, and collaborative communication
Open to different perspectives and joint solutions
Fluent in German and English
Composure under pressure
Interest in professional and personal development
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS
Ideally: experience with SIHOT
