About the role

  • Manage Convention Sales and operational aspects of events in a modern seminar hotel. Coordinate and ensure high-quality implementations of creative meetings, workshops, and congresses.

Responsibilities

  • Key figure in the operational execution of our events
  • Detailed and fine planning of events during the operational phase
  • Active advising on additional services such as technical equipment, catering, or set-ups
  • Coordinating internal teams and external service providers
  • Ensuring adherence to our quality standards
  • On-site presence at selected, complex, or special events
  • Structured post-event follow-up and proposing ideas for process optimization

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in convention sales or event management within a hotel environment
  • Deep understanding of the nuances of this field
  • Commercial/business-minded thinking
  • Clear, respectful, and collaborative communication
  • Open to different perspectives and joint solutions
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Composure under pressure
  • Interest in professional and personal development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS
  • Ideally: experience with SIHOT
