Sales Executive responsible for new business development in the Employer- Key/ Coalitions Segment at CVS Caremark. Collaborating with senior decision makers to drive significant growth within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Serve as the new business sales lead within the Employer- Key/ Coalitions Segment in the Western half of the US for CVS Caremark
Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive results
Build relationships with senior level decision makers within the assigned region, including consultants and brokers
Sell the value of CVS Caremark without focusing on price and use analytical tools and resources to differentiate CVS Caremark in the market
Prepare internal CVS Caremark teams for finalist presentations you will lead to demonstrate the value of CVS Caremark to prospective employers utilizing a competing PBM
Collaborate with internal departments to develop innovative solutions that provides a competitive advantage and positions CVS Caremark solutions in the marketplace
Requirements
7+ years of overall professional work experience
At least 3 years of experience in new business development or account services in the healthcare industry.
Experience presenting to Senior Executives and clients
Experience in new business development in the PBM industry or account services
Experience in PBM sales
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
