About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for new business development in the Employer- Key/ Coalitions Segment at CVS Caremark. Collaborating with senior decision makers to drive significant growth within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the new business sales lead within the Employer- Key/ Coalitions Segment in the Western half of the US for CVS Caremark
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive results
  • Build relationships with senior level decision makers within the assigned region, including consultants and brokers
  • Sell the value of CVS Caremark without focusing on price and use analytical tools and resources to differentiate CVS Caremark in the market
  • Prepare internal CVS Caremark teams for finalist presentations you will lead to demonstrate the value of CVS Caremark to prospective employers utilizing a competing PBM
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop innovative solutions that provides a competitive advantage and positions CVS Caremark solutions in the marketplace

Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall professional work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in new business development or account services in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience presenting to Senior Executives and clients
  • Experience in new business development in the PBM industry or account services
  • Experience in PBM sales
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
