About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for generating sales opportunities in local government and public safety sectors. Building long-lasting customer relationships and presenting technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating sales opportunities with both new and existing accounts within the local government and public safety sectors
  • Attend face to face customer meetings and conference calls to scope, qualify and nurture sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate the technology to important stakeholders
  • Direct the sales process by being a primary contributor to the RFI/RFP’s where required
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers to help them make informed decisions and transform their business
  • Drive increased values to their business and build trust as a strategic supplier

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B solutions sales role
  • Excellent rapport building skills and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills to include presentation skills both face to face and virtually
  • Technical ability to prepare demonstrations using data and dashboards and customise reports where required for ‘High impact’
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure and use initiative to ensure that deadlines are met
