About the role

  • Strategic Partner Manager developing a partner ecosystem in B2B SaaS focused on AI marketing effectiveness. Collaborating internally and externally to drive co-selling and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of partners in technology (MarTech), consultancies, and creative and media agencies.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies through co-selling and marketing activities to drive our pipeline value and customer adoption.
  • Identify integration and solution packaging opportunities with adjacent platforms (e.g., media, consumer insights, ad-management tools, workflow management, creative automation).
  • Enable partners with training, resources, and performance metrics in collaboration with our Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Negotiate and structure partner agreements aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate on pipeline development with partners.
  • Represent partner perspectives internally to help influence product and commercial roadmap.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI, marketing effectiveness, and creative intelligence to inform strategy and identify complementary solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech or AdTech solutions, particularly in areas such as creative optimization, campaign analytics, media planning, or marketing automation
  • A track record of building and scaling strategic alliances with agencies, consultancies, or tech providers
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, partner performance tracking, and pipeline reporting
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Valid work permit for Germany.
  • What we consider a plus:
  • Experience with AI-based marketing tools, particularly within the marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, German, and other European languages.
  • Openness to a hybrid work model, ideally based in or near Berlin, Hamburg, or Frankfurt am Main.
