Responsibilities
Supports the execution of high-priority enterprise initiatives by managing assigned workstreams, coordinating tasks, and tracking progress toward milestones
Helps translate strategic goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
Conducts structured research, synthesizes data, and supports development of business cases, dashboards, and presentation materials
Analyzes internal and external data to inform strategic recommendations, investment decisions, or performance improvement opportunities
Develops presentation-ready materials that clearly communicate findings, insights, and implications for executive audiences
Partners with stakeholders across clinical, academic, digital, innovation, and operational areas to gather input, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, innovation, academic health, or analytics
Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-facing deliverables
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration
Experience in academic medical centers, digital health, or data analytics is a plus
