About the role

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings in English and Spanish
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
  • Manage and track candidate information using the ATS or CRM systems
  • Support onboarding activities, including gathering documentation, scheduling orientation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing and onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or HR support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
