Drive the technical vision and execution of a complex product, focusing on technical aspects of product development and working closely with engineering teams
Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring product aligns with user needs and technical feasibility
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex transformation projects and foster communication between business stakeholders and technology
Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommend solutions
Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
Code scripts as needed to support the business and development of requirements
Consult with business clients to understand and assess system functional specifications to meet organizational goals
Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology
Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives
Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements
6-10 years of relevant experience
Strong technical background with experience in software development, engineering, or related fields
Extensive experience working in Waterfall and Agile Scrum projects
Scrum Certification preferred
Subject Matter expertise with JIRA and Confluence a big plus
Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
