Responsibilities
Contribute to the global social media strategy for Ayvens Group
Prepare and execute global social media plan and editorial calendar
Produce innovative social media content and materials
Manage organic posts and corporate paid campaigns
Centralize and oversee corporate social network accounts management
Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic
Carry out Group social media reputation monitoring & analyze campaign data
Help coordinate employee advocacy and recruitment initiatives
Apply social media policies and internal controls
Help contribute to crisis communications
Coordinate and support countries in their social media strategy
Animate a social media community and provide feedback
Manage corporate website content and branding
Liaise with Ayvens Digital to develop the corporate website
Monthly analysis of internet KPIs dashboard
Requirements
Higher education with a specialization in web marketing or communication
At least 5 years' experience in social networking and content creation in an agency or with an advertiser
Experience of crisis communication and knowledge of monitoring tools
Good writing skills in French and English
Strong interest in digital technology and new trends
Curiosity, adaptability, responsiveness, rigour and organization
