Social Media Strategist managing iara's social media strategy and content production for a beauty application. Amplifying brand presence through TikTok and Instagram with significant creative input.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the co‑founders, you will have full ownership of the brand's social media strategy (TikTok, Instagram, UGC, creators, content…)
Define an overarching strategy (acquisition, conversion, brand)
Build a strong, coherent and distinctive editorial line
Devise formats that will help audiences love and understand iara (posts, videos, live streams, mini‑series…)
Coordinate content production with our creators and partners
Oversee editorial calendars, product launches and campaigns
Drive organic growth with a strong performance focus
Identify opportunities (trends, influencers, collaborations) to amplify our brand awareness
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media / content / brand within a startup, a DTC brand, or a high‑exposure agency
You have previously grown a brand on Instagram and TikTok (organic and/or paid)
You understand the objectives of performance, awareness and conversion
You're as comfortable with storytelling as you are with KPIs
You have a strategic mindset but are not afraid to be hands‑on
You know how to brief, manage and coordinate a team of creators and freelancers
Bonus if you have experience in beauty, women's products, or mobile apps
