Social Media Manager enhancing Scope Markets brand and engagement through social media strategies in MENA region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing metrics to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing social strategies for Arabic channels of Scope Markets, Scope Prime, and Rostro Group across platforms like X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and more.
Partner with Brand and Paid Marketing teams to craft and implement advertising strategies tailored for regional MENA social channels.
Collaborate with the Design team to produce eye-catching visuals and templates for posts, including video, text, and imagery.
Ideate, create, and schedule engaging social content that aligns with weekly marketing objectives and resonates with our audience.
Analyse and understand our target audience, identifying their needs and preferences to create content that adds value and fosters engagement.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
Continuously test and optimize content to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Arabic language fluency (written and spoken).
Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, their audiences, and growth opportunities.
Experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
Familiarity with commissioning and developing creative assets for social media.
Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally within investment or fintech industries.
Exceptional social copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail.
Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, using data to inform decisions.
Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on paid social channels and customer acquisition.
Strong analytical skills to distil data into actionable insights.
Market research experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Passion for trading, investments, and digital communications.
