About the role

  • Lead ShiftCare’s social presence and storytelling across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta and emerging platforms
  • Own content planning, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement (posts, stories, reels, video)
  • Align global content pillars and campaigns across Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, tailoring to local markets
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing, creative and content teams to translate campaigns into social-first assets
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, newsletters, and lead generation initiatives
  • Manage EDM audience segmentation, campaign setup, automation, and reporting across customer and prospect databases
  • Coordinate and send internal email campaigns including monthly newsletters and product updates
  • Support partner-led EDM campaigns such as third-party post-event communications and webinar follow-ups
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and foster community conversations
  • Analyse performance metrics, produce reports, and use insights to improve engagement and ROI across social and email
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and AI tools; support paid social strategy and provide creative asset input
  • Maintain and evolve ShiftCare social brand voice and visual identity
  • Work in a fast-paced, lean marketing team with high autonomy and responsibility for measurable results

Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B marketing or SaaS
  • Proven experience growing social channels and executing campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including video and graphics
  • Demonstrated experience managing your own social channels and building an engaged following
  • Experience with social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform tools)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools for quick asset creation
  • Hands-on experience with EDM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) including segmentation, automation, and reporting
  • Understanding of paid social advertising and optimisation across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
  • Experience aligning global themes and adapting content for regional audiences across multiple markets
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimise campaigns across both social and email
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean marketing team
  • Bonus: basic video editing skills, experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads, AI content creation tools
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar
