About the role
- Manage and develop plancraft’s social media channels
- Plan and produce short-form video content that tells authentic stories from the community and customers
- Work closely with two working students on the social media team
- Coordinate with Art Direction and external videographers
- Monitor relevant social-media trends and translate them into on-brand content formats
- Analyze channel performance and derive concrete insights
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all social touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven experience building and growing social media channels in a dynamic environment
- Expertise in creating short-form video content (shooting, editing, publishing Reels/TikTok, etc.)
- Confident use of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Sheets/Data Studio)
- Experience with social planning tools (Later, Notion, Metricool, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in German and English (C1/C2)
- Basic skills in graphic editing (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express)
- Strong ownership mindset and an independent working style
- Ability to productively use AI tools in day-to-day work
