About the role

  • Work in a small team with flat hierarchy, flexible working hours in a hybrid model, and creative, challenging end-to-end projects
  • Content research, idea generation and concept development across various areas
  • Develop concepts/scripts based on the above research
  • Create reports and analyses for social media accounts
  • Publish content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
  • Write copy and captions for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Plan and organize content days, including sets and props
  • General communication, coordination and correspondence
  • Community management for social channels (messages, comments, etc.)
  • Create job postings
  • Manage prize draws and shipping for giveaways
  • Prepare pitch presentations for the agency on various topics
  • Create and update media kits
  • Content days – record videos and photos (simple setups)
  • Communicate with agency colleagues on various topics
  • Review and optimize websites
