About the role

  • Social Media and Influencer Manager for fintech client driving branding and social media strategies. Overseeing influencer partnerships and performance monitoring in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed social media strategies for the marketing division, taking into account audience profiles, platform characteristics and overall marketing objectives.**
  • Lead initiatives related to the Group's overall branding presence across digital platforms.**
  • Execute employer branding activities, promoting the company culture and employee experience.**
  • Create and regularly update social media calendars.**
  • Post the content on various social media platforms.**
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.**
  • Brief the team responsible for delivering social media content.**
  • Create content for all social media platforms when needed.**
  • Own the entire influencer lifecycle: strategy, budget allocation, selection, negotiation, and contract execution with influencers, agencies and partners.**
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to drive engaging content, brand visibility and performance results.**
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance.**
  • Monitor analytics and react in a timely manner to optimize performance.**
  • Create reports about the performance of the Social Media and Influencer collaborations.**
  • Monitor social media inboxes closely and respond to inquiries promptly.**
  • Plan and execute social media and influencer campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.**
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.**
  • 3 -5 years of experience in social media / influencer management or a related role, with experience in the fintech industry considered a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking:** Ability to develop comprehensive social media and influencer strategies aligned with business goals.**
  • Content Creation:** Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills are necessary for creating engaging social media content.**
  • Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights.**
  • Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
  • Project Management:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.**
  • Creativity:** Innovative thinking and ability to propose new ideas and strategies.**
  • Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. ( Facebook, X, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok, GA4, Google Ads)**
  • Customer Engagement:** Skill in engaging with the audience and handling inquiries professionally.**
