About the role

  • Social Media Manager developing and managing social media for a healthcare company. Focusing on recruiting and employer branding within the health sector.

Responsibilities

  • Social media recruiting.
  • Employer branding.
  • Personnel marketing.
  • Management and further development of the corporate group's social media channels with a clear focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Planning and implementation of campaign-based social media recruiting measures.
  • Conceptualization, production and publishing of video and social media content with a focus on recruiting and sustainable employer presentation.
  • Development of modern video formats (Reels, short videos, Story formats) that are audience-oriented and authentic.
  • Close collaboration with HR, Marketing and other departments.
  • Research into social media and recruiting trends and deriving recommended actions.
  • Analysis of relevant metrics and continuous optimization of recruiting and social media activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant training or comparable professional experience in social media, corporate communications, media design or a related field.
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in social media recruiting and in creating video content, including filming and audio recording, as well as storytelling for social media using relevant tools.
  • Openness and creativity; independent and constructive working style; quick comprehension; excellent team and communication skills.
  • A strong sense for social media trends, platforms and target audiences; creative sensibility for language, design and digital formats; reliability, organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Excellent spoken and written German; good English skills desirable (additional languages an advantage).
