About the role

  • Ski Sales Consultant ensuring excellent customer service while assisting customers with ski holiday bookings at Iglu.com. Aiming to exceed KPIs and proactively manage sales leads.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Handle calls and emails from customers
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect ski holiday
  • Exceed KPIs and targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with business targets
  • Proactively chase sales leads
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Support team members and ensure you are a team player
  • Take ownership and responsibility for problem solving and query resolution
  • Maximising upselling and margin opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel sales
  • Good knowledge of the Ski travel industry
  • Experience in call centre / customer service environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and Google docs knowledge
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
